Program proposal submit form for website

General: All fields can be modified, by using the login you get after submitting your proposal. Some fields are mandatory, while others can be filled in at a later stage.
No organisation can propose more than 5 program activities. (suggestion from Paris program group meeting, decision to be taken in Berlin) This means that the same code can only be used 5 times.

Information text visible when clicking on registration code: Every organisation/network etc proposing activities afor the ESF have to registerd first. Go to register an organisation  if you have not already done this. Then you will recieve a registration code to fill in here.

c) Country (where the organisation is from, choose from list, also include Europe and Global for international organisations or networks) Mandatory field

This will also result in an automatically generated message to the contact email adress, with a code (could be used aslo for payment later) for the propsal, to be used for further log in and amendment of form. Will include info on next steps in program process and how to amend proposal.
